After that, during the fourth week, visions of the holy and righteous [God at Mt. Sinai] will be seen, and a [Mosaic] law for all generations and an enclosure [tabernacle] will be made for them.   Enoch 93:6

The "Plant of Righteousness" started with Abraham, then was passed on to his son Isaac and then to his grandson Jacob. Jacob fathered twelve sons who became the twelve tribes of the "Plant of Righteousness." God allowed them to become enslaved in Egypt for a time. God freed them miraculously through Moses. Moses led them to Mount Sinai where God gave the "Mosaic Law" as a system of Laws specifically designed for the young nation of Israel. The Ancient Book of Jubilees states this system of law was given for "Israel alone." In addition to this Law system, Israel was also given the Tabernacle for ritual worship.

The Mosaic Law, with its Tabernacle, was given to Israel on Mount Sinai in 2448 AM (1478 BC). This was in the first Jubilee of the fourth century of the fourth week.
