After this, in the tenth week, in the seventh part, there will be the great eternal judgment, in which He will judge the Watchers. The great eternal heavens will appear from the midst of the angels. The first heaven will depart and pass away, and a new heaven will appear, and all the powers of the heavens will give sevenfold light forever.   Enoch 91b:15-16

The "Great Eternal Judgment" is the Great White Throne judgment which occurs at the end of the Millennium. After this Judgment the old earth and the old heavens will pass away and new heavens and a new earth will be created. See Revelation 20:7-9; 21:1

The seventh part is the last 100 years of the 700-year period. This should be between 6901 AM and 7000 AM (AD 2975 and AD 3075).

If the millennium ends with this Great White Throne judgment, and if the seven-year Tribulation ending with the Second Coming happen exactly one thousand years prior to the Great White Throne Judgment, then the Second Coming should occur during the second Jubilee of the fourth century of the ninth week. This should be 5901 AM-6000 AM (AD 1976-AD 2075). Most likely the second Jubilee of that century. That Jubilee should be 5951-6000 AM (AD 2025-2075).
